The meeting called to order by at 5:01 pm by Richard Abbott.

Ms. Emma Price made a motion to approve agenda.  
Mr. James Murillo second the motion.  
Motion carried unanimously.

Mission Statements - Richard Abbott  
Ms. Deb Payne presented the board with the mission statement as follows: Our  
mission is to help achieve local and regional sustainability, livable viable  
communities, environmental protection, and a healthy environment for existing  
and future residents. Develop ways to educate our community about  
environmental protection. Bring positive change to our region by proactively  
working with residents and local groups to enhance and protect our region. It  
was discussed to add the word create in the first sentence between sustainability  
and livable. A motion was made by Ms. Price to adopt the mission statement with  
the added changes. Mr. Murrillo second the motion. Motion was carried  
unanimously.

Water Education and Outreach Program for the  
MNGWPD  
Ms. Pendley will email the information out to the board again and put it back on  
December's agenda.  
Ideas for Presentation at an Upcoming Council  
Meeting - Kelly  
Pendley and Wendy Carpenter  
Ms. Pendley discussed the power point presentation that Jared Tuetsch or Wendy  
Carpenter will present at the next council meeting.

Tree Ordinance Updates  
The committee discussed having a better understanding of the current tree  
ordinance. Ms. Pendley suggested to have Steve Green, Planning and Zoning  
Administrator, attend the meeting to go over the current tree ordnance.

New Business  
EV Charging Station Plan  
A.  
Ms. Pendley will supply a brief outline of City owned parks and facilities to the  
committee so they can take over the outline and create a plan for additional EV  
charging stations throughout the city.  
B.  
7.  
Memorial Trees  
A discussion about offering memorial trees to be planted around the city, parks,  
and new trail system. It could be set up like the memorial bench program the city  
currently has in place. Further discussion on this for the next meeting.
