Design Partners (PDP)
Council heard presentation from Practical Design Partners (PDP) regarding its
proposal on the Hickory Flat Highway Gateway Project. Discussion followed
regarding the details of their proposal.

Mayor Pro Tem Yawn moved to enter Executive Session to discuss real estate;
Councilor Tolan seconded the motion; Motion carried.
At 11:00 am, Executive Session ended when the quorum was broken due to
Councilor Roach leaving the meeting.
